Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where Will My Order Be Shipped From?
We have storage locations across the USA, Canada, UK & Europe. We will always send your order from your nearest location to keep shipping times as short as possible.
Returns?
All of our products are made to order which means sadly that at this time we cannot accept returns for incorrectly ordered items. All of our products contain a size guide that we ask you to double check to make sure you are happy with your fit!
Exchanges?
In the highly unlikely event your order arrives damaged, defective or is missing products, please message us on Instagram or email us on orders@pineappleclub.shop and we will send you a replacement ASAP!
How Long Does Shipping Take?
It really depends where you are in the world, generally we deliver all our products in 3-7 days to any customers in USA, Canada, UK and Europe.
Do I Need To Pay Customs or Import Fees?
No, all of our customers in the USA, Canada, UK and the EU will receive their orders without having to pay any import or customs fees.
Plain Packaging?
Yes, we understand that it could be awkward if nosey neighbors spot your package on the porch! All of our packaging is discreet and unbranded.
Is Shipping Free?
For customers based in the USA, Canada, UK and the EU, shipping is free with no minimum purchase.

I Ordered To The Wrong Address?
Oops! It happens! We will need to know in as shorter time as possible, our delivery is automated which means we only have a short window to change it before your order is on your way to you! It is ideal if you can let us know within 4 hours of placing your order although we still may be able to help up to 18 hours after you've placed your order.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Where Are You Based?
Although we have lots of locations across USA, Canada, UK & Europe, for tax purposes, we are based in the UK so depending on who you bank with, your statement may show your transaction in your local currency, or in GBP (£).
